Dr. Eliud Mtalemwa is a result-oriented leader with over 10 years of experience in managing the operational and financial frameworks of large-scale, donor-funded initiatives. As a Treasurer at TASED Foundation, Dr. Eliud applies a mature, systematic approach to the implementation of complex community-based projects. With a doctoral background and a career dedicated to social science and community development—including child protection, gender, and public health—he possesses a unique ability to align financial management with mission-driven results. He is recognized for his excellence in organizational coordination, ensuring that project objectives are met on time, within budget, and with a commitment to institutional excellence.
